True Grit is immensely proud in being able to support and encourage our participant’s physical and mental wellbeing alongside our charity partnership with the Black Dog Institute, the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan. Participants can easily donate or set up their own fundraising page. Plus at every True Grit event will be set up with “Black Dog Waves”, providing an opportunity for any solo Gritters to team up with others to tackle the course together
