EVERYTHING YOU NEED

FOOD AND DRINKS

Multiple food vendors will be available to purchase from on the day, so be sure to bring cash and card with you to refuel after you run! No alcohol may be brought onsite, but alcohol will be available for purchase from our bar. Seating areas will be available for you to relax and enjoy the festival vibes.

ALCOHOL

No alcohol is to be brought in from offsite to our events. We will have a bar with alcohol available for purchase, with a selection of drinks. Please bring cash and card with you, as the reception differs from state to state and can cause issues with the EFTPOS!

PARKING

Parking will be available at the venue site, at a cost of $10 per vehicle. A separate parking area will be available for buses (including mini-bus and coaches). We do recommend car pooling on the day.

CHANGE TENTS

Got a little wet and muddy on course? Don't worry! We have communal showers and change tents for both men and women available onsite for you. Simply drop your bag at bag drop before you head out on course, then collect when you're finished and head to the change tents to get warm again.

SHOWERS

YES, we have showers available. They're not private and they're not top of the line, but they'll get the mud and grit off you once you finish the course. BYO soap! Shower and rinse off, then head to the change tents to get into some warm, clean clothes after your run.

MERCHANDISE

Don't forget to swing past the Merch tent before you head home! Browse the latest True Grit tees, sweaters, hats and hoodies. We have streetwear and gym gear available, so you can represent True Grit when you're training, out on a walk, or catching up with mates. With a range of items for men and women, there's something for everyone!

MEDICAL TREATMENT

We have fantastic medical partners in each state that come down to our event and spend some time with us. With access to the whole course and a secondary point out on course, you're never far from medical treatment should you need it. If you ever need it out on course, simply ask an official with a radio to advise the team and they'll sort you out. If you're in the festival area, you can simply come past the medical tent and get checked out.

CHILL OUT AREAS

We have chill out areas for you, so you don't have to rush off! Sit back and relax after you've done the course - grab some food from our food vendors, a drink from the bar and listen to the music as you cheer on the gritters heading out on course. You'll be able to see multiple obstacles from the festival area, so you've got some entertainment while you hang out with your mates.

DJ MUSIC

We'll have a DJ laying down beats to get you hyped up to get out on course, and to entertain you when you return to chill out in our festival area! Let the rhythm flow through you as you stretch and take off from that starting line...

BAG DROP

We have a bag drop available so you can keep your bag close by! For a gold coin donation, which will go to one of our charities, drop your bag at the tent and head out on course. Your bag will be close by for when you return and need to change out of the wet, muddy clothes to warm up again!
